• Payment & transaction data: billing information and payment instrument metadata processed by third-party payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications & case data: messages, documents and case notes you upload or exchange with Providers.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser and device information, activity logs and analytics.

2. How We Use Personal Data
